A Hong Kong trading company

Asia to Latin America.
Sourcing the best teas for your business.

We source quality goods from Asian producers and deliver them to buyers across Latin America — taking responsibility for contracts, payments, logistics, and trade compliance, end-to-end.

Section II · How we work

For every shipment, the same six steps.

Dharani Capital operates as a principal rather than a broker. For each deal, we purchase from the supplier, sell to the buyer, and take responsibility for the full chain of execution in between.

01

Source

Goods sourced directly from producers or first-tier distributors in Asia, with documented quality standards and certifications.

02

Contract

Independent purchase contract with the Asian supplier and sales contract with the Latin American buyer. Each has its own commercial, payment, and delivery terms.

03

Finance

Transactions financed using own capital, buyer prepayments, and standard trade-finance instruments where appropriate.

04

Move

Vetted freight forwarders, insured and tracked, with customs brokerage at origin and destination.

05

Assure quality

Origin certificates of analysis, third-party inspection where warranted, and a clear chain of custody.

06

Settle

Settlement in the agreed currencies, hedged when material to margin.

First product line

Premium Japanese & Chinese teas — and the teaware to prepare them — to Chile.

The category was chosen because demand is growing, quality requirements are real, and existing supply in-market is limited or unreliable. The model is built to scale to additional product lines along the same corridor as buyer demand develops.

Counterparty standards.

These standards are non-negotiable. They are the floor; specific deals layer additional checks on top.
